Members of the 501st Legion recently descended on the GALA parade in Crystal Lake, Illinois on Sunday donning suits and tie – TIE fighter, that is.
According to the Northwest Herald, the half-ton reproduction of Return of the Jedi’s Imperial TIE interceptor ship took over 400 hours to construct by five members of the Raue Center for the Arts in Crystal Lake, IL., led by Raue Center member Glenn Chelius.
